About Oleson Racing

Starting in 1999, Josh had the opportunity arise to compete in the Pure Stock Division at the Dells Motor Speedway. It was the first year he had seated himself in a car to race. The previous few years he had raced snowmobiles in northern Wisconsin. Not only does he have the driving experience supporting him but he also has experience in the pits. He has pitted for drivers in the Late Model, Super Stock, and Pure Stock divisions, bringing the knowledge of several aspects of racing with him.

These past few seasons have been quite rewarding for Oleson Racing. In 2001, Josh won “Rookie of the Year” honors in the Super Stock division and finished in the top five positions in the points race. Again, this year, he ended the season in the top five and looks forward to enhancing his standing to the top. In 2003, he also had the chance to test in a super late model and did very well, receiving many compliments from fellow drivers and the track owner and staff. We hope for the opportunity for a full time ride in a super late to arise again.
